Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program 2025-26
The Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program, launched by the Bharti Airtel Foundation, aims to support high-performing students from economically weaker or underrepresented backgrounds to pursue technology-based education. This merit-cum-means scholarship provides full financial assistance to students enrolled in eligible undergraduate or integrated five-year engineering programs at India’s top institutions. The initiative reflects Bharti Airtel Foundation’s commitment to empowering youth and building future leaders in science and technology.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, the applicant must:
- Have confirmed admission/enrollment for the academic year 2025–26 in the first year of an undergraduate or five-year integrated course in fields such as Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Aerospace, and emerging technologies like AI, IoT, AR/VR, Machine Learning, and Robotics.
- Be admitted to an institution ranked among the top 50 engineering institutes in the NIRF 2024 rankings. Students can verify their college’s eligibility at the official NIRF website:

- Have a total annual family income not exceeding ₹8.5 lakhs.
- Not be receiving any other scholarships or grants covering the same academic costs.
Special preference will be given to girls, persons with disabilities, transgender students, and those with a single or no parent.
Scholarship Benefits
- Covers 100% of annual academic fees for the duration of the undergraduate or integrated course (up to 5 years), subject to yearly renewal.
- Covers hostel and mess charges as per institutional norms or actuals. For off-campus students, reimbursement will be capped to the institute’s standard charges.
- A laptop will be provided in the first year of the course. Students are responsible for its upkeep; replacements will not be issued.
- Upon successful graduation and gainful employment, scholars are expected to voluntarily support at least one student’s education, continuing the cycle of educational empowerment.
Note: Students will bear incidental costs such as JOSAA counseling fees, refundable security deposits, breakage charges, or mid-year institutional requirements.

- Aadhaar card (ID proof)
- Admission proof for 2025–26 (admission letter or fee receipt)
- Class 12 marksheet
- JEE or university entrance scorecard (if applicable)
- Income proof:
- Salaried/self-employed: Complete Income Tax Return (ITR) and 6-month bank statement
- Non-taxable/unemployed: Government-issued income certificate and 6-month bank statement
- Bank account details (student and parent/guardian) and institution’s bank details
- Passport-sized photograph
- Rent agreement or PG expense receipts (if applicable)
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Documents showcasing achievements, projects, extracurriculars, or part-time work (if any)

2. Provide Basic Details
Enter your email or mobile number and create a secure password. You may also register quickly using Google or Facebook, if available .
3. Verify Your Account
You will receive a verification link via email or an OTP via SMS. Complete the verification to activate your account.
4. Complete Your Profile
Upon login, navigate to your dashboard or profile page. Fill in your:
- Personal information (name, contact, address)
- Academic details (e.g., high school, current admission year)
- Family income information — this is essential for scholarship eligibility
5. Search for the Scholarship
Use the Search Scholarships function. Enter keywords like “Bharti Airtel Scholarship” or browse under Engineering category.
Refine the results using filters such as eligibility, deadline, and engineering domain .
6. Initiate Application
Click Apply Now or Start Application on the scholarship’s page
7. Fill Out the Application Form
Complete the application with:
- Personal and academic details
- Family income source
- College name and admission details
- Upload required documents (e.g., Aadhaar, Class 12 marksheet, entrance score, admission letter, income proof, bank statements, SOP)
8. Agree & Preview
Check the Terms & Conditions, then click Preview to review entered information carefully.
9. Submit Your Application
If all information is accurate, click Submit to complete the application
